Kveik Voss yeast, pitch @ 39c plus additional invert (golden syrup)

Lower mash temps as Voss prefers smallers sugars

Bit more efficient this time @ 80% so OG = 1.060.. so aiming for 1.015 FG
(9.5% ish) Too high grain bill for my setup, really struggled with mashing!
Super chocolate & coffee notes! May have used a bit more chocolate grain than in grain bill :)
