First attempt at dunkel & all grain recipes. Using Mangrove Jack's Bavarian Wheat yeast.
Based on boiling 23.00 gallonsliters at 1.042 for 66 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 4.40 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.050. You wanted an OG of 1.051. It looks like it will be under.
Not too from an Erdinger Dunkel in colour a bit more ale'y flavours as not as carbonated, a drinkable gereric dunkel.. I may have gone wrong somewhere, though it was my first AG recipe!
