Dry hopped with Citra: - 0.5 oz on day 6 - 1.0 oz on day 10
Racked to secondary and onto 1.5 lb Pasteurized, frozen raspberries after 6 days in primary. Cold crashed last 2 days before bottling.
Preboiled and cooled 2 gal water, steeped in 3 gal and sparged with 0.5 gal for a 3.5 gal boil
