Racked to secondary and onto 1.5 lb Pasteurized, frozen raspberries after 6 days in primary. Cold crashed last 2 days before bottling.
Preboiled and cooled 2 gal water, steeped in 3 gal and sparged with 0.5 gal for a 3.5 gal boil

fermented at 72-68 for 1 week, temp raised to 78 for 4 days, then racked to secondary

racked to secondary at 1 week. aged i secondary for 5 days at 55 deg. chilled in refrigerator 2 days before bottling
boiled ~3/4 gal. Cold water added post-boil to just over 1 gal
