Special Instructions

Start yeast day before in 300 mL water 30 g DME (boiled)
2.
add chocolate at 5 miniutes.

pre-boil 2 gal water, cool to room temp, transfer to carboy. Add wort to this just before pitching yeast to help reduce temp.

salts added at 60 min. Extra spices and yeast nutrient at 5 min.
