Dry hopped on november 21 2oz
if you go for 5 you collect 5 not 6 to end up with 5 damn
mashed with 4 g toped with 3 g total of 6 g in brew kettle with low reading added 200grams of dextrose boiled 60 ended with 1.060
5g water to mash added 4g to top t 9gcollected 6 ish g to boil for 60 min ended up with 5g in fermenter
added 500 g of light dme
started with 3 g for mash at roughly 153-152 f will strike at 190 with 2,2 g to do a single running from my igloo mash tun and collect everything that was in there turned out i over shooted my OG to 1.072 instead of 1.061 so i added hald a g to lower abv to 1.060 it will give me roughly 5.8 abv
single batch sparge one running for 4 g shy. 3 for mash but added more to correct my temps and 2 g for mash outsingle running gave me just below 4g finished with 1.070 ~ 1.072 really happy about that brew day
Collected 6g of runnings ended with poor gravity of 1.040 before boil... Add 8 % off grain bill of dextrose not sure what will be the tasting notes but its a first !!!
