started with 3 g for mash at roughly 153-152 f will strike at 190 with 2,2 g to do a single running from my igloo mash tun and collect everything that was in there turned out i over shooted my OG to 1.072 instead of 1.061 so i added hald a g to lower abv to 1.060 it will give me roughly 5.8 abv
