Fermented in a FastFerment for 23 days. OG = 1.053 - Attenuated down to 1.002 which made this an Imperial. It will be a bit dry. Next time I will rack into kegs and cold crash earlier. I don't mind the higher ABV.

Mash temp was a bit low so I mashed for around 2 hours.
79.45% Efficiency / Mashed in at 11:00AM and Mashed out at 3:30PM
