Notes:

Racked to keg this morning and force carbed it. Snuck a pint for a taste and it is going to be wonderful. Chocolate and roast notes - Full body. I will be bottling a few off the keg after it carbs all the way so I can store some for later and share. So far - Very Good :) Cheers!
