Roe-Roe Your Boat - Single Malt IPA Brew Session

Brew Session Info

7/1/2020
(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

Fermented in a FastFerment for 23 days. OG = 1.053 - Attenuated down to 1.002 which made this an Imperial. It will be a bit dry. Next time I will rack into kegs and cold crash earlier. I don't mind the higher ABV.
