Notes:

11/6/2016 - Start of fermentation - 1.056 Six days after start of fermentation, took reading - 1.024 Tasting is good - still a bit sweet as it is not completed with fermentation. Racked to a corny keg and placed in 69 degree closet to sit for two weeks so that it will be ready for Thanksgiving.
