Made Valentine's Day, 2015. First Brew!!! OG=1050 Initial taste was amber sweet with a hop bite. I wanted to try for an amber with not a high bitter but well rounded aroma.

Notes:

Two weeks in the bottles... I chilled one and popped the top. It popped slightly (some smoke too), but only slight carbonation. Plan on trying another one next week.

Notes:

Bottled! OG = 1.054 / FG = 1.010 = 5.78 ABV!!! I had half a glass (that was left over) and it is a GREAT Amber Ale. Hop Notes are there but not intense (the way I like it). When I brew it again, I would add some hops to the secondary.

Notes:

Been in secondary carboy for about a week. Took another reading and the ABV went up to 5.78%!!! It still has another week before bottle conditioning for another 2 weeks. This may be well over 6.0%! Tasted the sample and it has a really good bitter hop note. Clarity and color is really nice. Can't wait till this baby is completed...

Notes:

Original Gravity - Taste is sweet and a Hop bite is present. High aroma as the hops only in the boil a short time.
