Final wort tastes awesome!! Looking fwd to tasting this when its done. Low on the BG and OG but oh well.
Supposed to taste like a cross between Fat Tire and Sam Adams. Used underletting for the mash in - worked awesome! No dough balls!
need to add more sparge water when using lots of oats (about .5 - 1.0 gal for this recipe) or change mashing technique
