Transfer to secondary on 01/03/2017 Gravity 1.022
Added 1gal boiling water at 60 min but only raised temp to 157 for 10 min mash out
Starting temp came in at 140 so added a boiled gal but only raised to 148. Sat at that for 30 min. Removed 1 gal from mash tun and boiled, added and raised temp to 154. Started 60 min over. Ended up 6.69%

Moved to 2ndary @ 2 weeks 4/24/16. Gravity 1.008
Moved to secondary on 26 Mar. Gravity reading 1.01
Only bottled 43 since transfer to fermenter came up short due to hop sludge in kettle

fly sparge took 2 hours because of pumpkin. Should have batch sparged and probably would've taken half as long and been able to get 6.7 into boil instead of 6.5.
