Made it with flaked oats instead of wheat.

Oats were added late in the mash.. w/ 15 mins left. but I mashed for 80 mins so...
put the oats in last 15 of boil in muslin bag.
Yeast starter from the night before using us-04
Yeast starter of BRY-97 night before. I messed up transferring from primary into secondary while using a bucket with a spigot. I didn’t remove the blowoff tube and sucked up about an inch of waste
Put into secondary 4 days after brew. Put into kegerator 35• 10 days after brew. Added gelatin 11 days after brew
Put into secondary 9 days after brew. Put into kegerator 11 days after brew. Added gelatin to secondary 13 days after brew
Strong and everyone seems to like it. Even India
Increasing mash temp 2deg. and making it thicker to 1.2. Used the yeast from last brew.
1 day after adding yeast (from dry packet) it wasn't fermenting. Added another packet of yeast safale 05
Extract steep specialty grains
first time adding gypsum to recipe. Got 6 Gallons probably due to Large Yeast starter
2nd attempt. My yeast starter overflowed. Strike water was at 162 when I introduced grains. about 154 when i was done mixing. Closed cover @ 152. ended at 148. Mash PH @ 5.3. Mash efficiency = 69%
Extra water = 4 gallons. Strike water = 2.5G
Water was wayyy too hot into Mashtun so I had to add like 2 gallons of water and ice to bring temp down.
