Notes:

A bit nutty.. not sure if I would say it tastes like an "Irish red". Good color. 6% ABV at bottling. I get a "refreshing" quality about it.

Notes:

phenomenal. Even out of primary and into secondary it tastes excellent. 1.010SG at transfer and even has effervescence. Cant wait until it bottle conditions.
