Notes:

It's not bad after setting a bit. It's fully carbonated and I have been drinking it past few days. the yeast I used caused it to have a more OE taste..

Notes:

Amazing smooth beer. Hint of sweetness. It's not yet carbonated, but I tasted when I took my final gravity reading. Must brew again !

Notes:

Maybe it's the yeast that I used, but it smells a bit weird. I initially thought it was infected. But it's not. It's just a slight smell. But it tastes pretty good !

Notes:

Can't really taste much honey, but I can tell its pretty strong. ABV @ bottling was 6.7%. It's not overwhelming, but is strong and has some floral notes. Not carbonated yet.
