First batch in cooler mash tun. Dry hopped one ounce Willamette pellets.
Dry hopped two ounces Willamette hops.
Dry hopped with half ounce of Willamette pellets. Tasted after ten days in the bottle. Initial taste had too much mouth feel and a little astringency, after another week the taste had settled.
