Notes:

Fairly clear, finished slightly darker than recipe indicated. Decent hop aroma, dry hopped with two ounces of Willamette pellets. Great taste, slight residual sweetness and medium bitterness. Good hop flavor, I think it could stand to have a little more bitterness but I'm finding its mild taste gives it a broader appeal. Low in dextrine and mouthfeel, slight syrupy taste and noticeable alcohol finish. Great taste for my first high gravity beer. I intended to approximate my favorite ESB from Red Hook with more alcohol. I will definitely revisit this recipe in the future using a higher alpha bittering hop and perhaps less corn sugar.
