5Gallons into keg with hop tea.
Added hop tea to keg before racking.
Added 30 oz canned pumpkin to mash.Added 30 oz canned pumpkin to boil at 15 minutes. Transferred to secondary 10/20. Gravity 1.015. Fermentation was VERY, VERY active for two days. 10/26/2014 Bottled with 5.75 ounces honey in 5.75 gallons. 57 bottles
10/5/2014 Added yeast to wort. Package did not swell. Yeast was bad and did nothing. Need to repitch.10/8/2014 Fermentation started before I could repitch. Bubbling really well after 4 days. Wow. We got 83% efficiency. Fantastic. Sat in primary for 4 weeks. Air conditioning in house went out after two weeks. Temp averaged 76-78 degrees for final two weeks. Added 1 ounce cascade whole leaf hops 10/3 for dry hopping. 5.75 ounces honey added for bottling.
8/15/2014 Racked to Secondary gravity a 1.010 Used 5.25 ounces honey to carbonate in bottle.
7/27/2014 Racked to secondary, added .5 oz Pacific Gem and 1 oz Palisade hops to fermenter.8/3/2014 Removed hops from fermenter.8/15/2014 Bottled 49.5 bottles. 08/15/2014 Bottled 49.5 bottles. Used 5.25 ounces of honey for priming.
