Notes:

This beer did not turn out like and IPA, more like a stout. Slight off flavor, I think it is from using tap water without removing the chlorine. Very dark. Beautiful head, very fine bubbles, dark tan in color. Adding a small amount of Kahlua and vanilla extract into glass before pouring removes off flavor, and gives a good coffee chocolate flavor. Good rich mouthfeel.
