Pours a nice clean brown, slight 1/4 inch head. Earlier pourings had almost no head, pours much better after a longer conditioning. Syringe filled with about 4ml and squirted back into beer gives a very nice 1 inch foam similar to Guinness, very nice. Sweet, malty aroma. Smooth, clean, dry when drank cold, nutty flavor also. As it warms, the chocolate and coffee flavors really come out. Tastes more carbonated than it looks when pouring. Very good, needs about 6 to 8 weeks conditioning to really shine. Would be great with a nitrogen tap.
