Pours light amber, very nice 1 inch head, just slightly overcarbonated. Lots of bubbles. Head last a while. Very nice citrusy, almost lemony aroma. Good balance bitterness, not very malty tasting. I detect an off flavor, maybe from warm ferment temp, diacetyl? Nice mouth feel, kind of bubbly. Will not let anyone but me drink this because of the off flavor. But I know it will be a good beer, will try again, maybe use maris otter for a maltier taste, but keep it light in color.
