Mash in at 2:10.Boil at 3:48Ferment 7 days
Mash in at 4:00Boil at 5:456:55 starts hop additions.Whirlpool at 165 degrees `15 minutes.Cold crash 12/14.
Mash in at 3:45Boil at 5:15Second hop addition at 5:55Cold Crash 12/11
Mash in at 8:43Boil at 10:15Dry Hop 7/13
Mash in at 1:253lb of Golden Promise instead of 4 lb.Used 1oz of Warrior at boil.Boil at 2:551oz Citra at 15 minutes left in boil.Whirlpool 2oz of Citra and Apollo.20 minute whirlpool.Dry Hop 7/13
Mash in at 10:10. Good temp at 154 degrees.Boil at 11:50.Little low on original gravity.Fermentation began quickly this batch. 6/20 when I woke up. Strong and looking good.Cold crash 6/27
Low gravity and a lag in the first day or so of fermentation.Dry hop on 5/29Carb and drinking on 6/7
Mash in at 3:054:40 Boil.Poured 1 gallon of apple cider at 30 minutes left in boil.Poured 1 gallon plus bitter extract at 10 minutes left.Five cinnamon sticks at 10 minutes left in boil.1.027 day 2 of fermentation.1.017 day 3.Little apple flavor
Mash in 3:12.Boil 5:03Added .25 Magnum to 15 minute hopColor is brown. Frankenstein1.030 Day 3 of fermentation.Fermentation is slow.Dry hopping the monster with the following:1 oz Magnum 1/2 German 1/2 US1 oz Mosaic1.5 oz of Citra.5 oz of Chinook.5 oz of Saaz
Mash in at 2:03Boil at 3:45Low pre boil gravity but almost right on target with OG.1.027 on 4/13Cold Crash on 4/16Keg on 4/19Turned out ok. Needs more hops for flavor. Kinda plain.
Mash in at 2:45. Boil at 4:201.014 on 4/13Deez Nutz rest start on 4/14Transfer to secondary and cold crash on 4/19
Mash in at 155 degrees. Time was 2:25Boil at 4:05Keg 3/26.First drinks on 3/29
Mash in at 2:15Boil started at 4:10At end of fermentation transfer to secondary and dry hop for two days. Cold crash for at least two days. Rack into keg for five day CO2.Fermentation still strong 5 days after brew.Good to drink on 4/4
Mash in at 4:15.Boiling at 5:45.Carboy at 7:00Fermentation began after about 16 hours.Looks like fermentation is about done on 3/2.To the keg on 3/12.
OG was a little low. Sparge was not smooth as it should've been. Dry hopped on 2/24.First FG reading is low at 1.005. Reading was taken on 2/27.Second reading is at 1.005.Brew sat on hops for a 2 weeks and will keg on 3/13.I think the sparge debacle contributed to the low gravity reading.
