Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.

6 gallons of mash water at 154 degrees.

2.

Sparge water at 172 degrees for mash out. About 20 minutes to mash out.

3.

Boil 7 gallons of wart for 90 minutes. Add Boil hop.

4.

Add .75 oz. of Citra and .25 oz. of Saaz with 20 minutes left in boil.

5.

Add one packet of Irish Moss with 10 minutes left in boil.

6.

Whirlpool and let settle for 20 minutes.

7.

Collect wart and cool to 70 degrees.

8.

On day 3 of fermentation add .25 tsp of yeast nutrient.

9.

Transfer to secondary and cold crash for 3 days.

10.

Rack into keg and start 5 day CO2 at 15 psi.
