Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 154 degrees for 60 minutes.
2.
Sparge at 170 degrees collecting 7 gallons to boil.
3.
Boil for 90 minutes following hop and moss schedule.
4.
Whirpool and let settle for 20 minutes.
5.
Transfer and chill to 68 degrees.
6.
Ferment at 65 degrees.
7.
Transfer to secondary and cold crash for 2-3 days.
8.
Keg at 15 PSI. Step down for seven days.
