Special Instructions
1.6.5 gallons of mash water at 154 degrees.
2.Sparge water at 172 degrees for mash out. About 20 minutes to mash out.
3.Boil 7 gallons for 90 minutes.
4.With 20 minutes left in the boil add apple flavor and cider.
5.Whirlpool, Chill and let settle for 20 minutes.
6.Collect wart and cool to 70 degrees.
7.Add 1 gallon of unpasteurized cider three days after fermentation has begun.
8.Transfer to secondary and cold crash for 3 days.
