- post-boil gravity was 1.066- added 2L of boiled-cooled water to account for boiling loss- added remaining hops on 2/16/2015
added remaining Citra hops /2015.02.04./
added 2.5L boiled water to fermenter to reach target gravity of 1.053
tried to restore post-boil gravity towards the lower value of 1.054 (as expected from the recipe) by adding some water, not too much though. added dry hops after 1 weekco2 release is still intense after 2 weeks. leaving in primary for a while.
