Hoping this is good!
Made lighter ABV for fest with 10 pounds Pale Ale 2-row. Added 1 oz. Simcoe at 35
Brewed a double batch.
Brewed this as a 10 gallon batch. OG was 1.065.
Ended up brewing a double batch into two carboys.
Very boozy. Maybe due to low volume. Added 4 pounds of Raspberries to this.
This took about 20 hours to get going, but once it started...it really took off with the 3711. So much bubbling and in-carboy activity! Should do well.
It was windy and 30 degrees out. Brew in Bag!
