11.5 brix pre ferment and 11 gal
12.2 brix ogOne with yellow fermentia lager yeast. Other with imperial Dieter kolsch yeast. 7.8 fg on the lager. Kolsch showed mold and no activity. Yeast too old. Reracked and pitched safale-05New brix is 7 on both. Kegged 3/17
Added wyeast lacto and held at 100 degrees for 48 hours. Did 40 minute boil. 9 brix og
Used 13 gal of water. Ended up with roughly 8 gallons of wort. Used 1.5 gal/hr boil off with 26lbs of grain. Not sure why the calculator didn't ask for more water. 16.5 brix og. Under gravity. 8 brix on 11/25.
