12.2 brix ogOne with yellow fermentia lager yeast. Other with imperial Dieter kolsch yeast. 7.8 fg on the lager. Kolsch showed mold and no activity. Yeast too old. Reracked and pitched safale-05New brix is 7 on both. Kegged 3/17

Used 13 gal of water. Ended up with roughly 8 gallons of wort. Used 1.5 gal/hr boil off with 26lbs of grain. Not sure why the calculator didn't ask for more water. 16.5 brix og. Under gravity. 8 brix on 11/25.
