10 vanilla bean pods 1 oz extract for 15 minutes. Rest of beans in secondary. Imperial darkness yeast.
Add 1 tsp Irish moss 20 min. Add 2oz vanilla extract flame out. Add 4 vanilla beans soaked in vodka in secondary.
Added 1.25lbs chocolate peanut butter powder at 20 min
Add 1 oz blueberry extract 15 min left in boil.Pitched yeast with starter at 60 degreesAdd 1/2 oz blueberry extract after 2 weeks
Ended up with too much wort. Low gravity beer
Added 1/2 teaspoon maple extract to wort after cool down. After 1 week had good maple flavor added 1/8 teaspoon and let sit for 1 more week.
