OG=1.074 yeast pitched at 68F. FG @ 9/13/2020 1.026 after diacytal rest. 6.3%. Probably needs 1 more package of yeast to increase ABV. So far very tasty.

Measured gravity 1.022 on Nov. 19. Transferred to secodaty for conditioning. Final gravity at 1.022 on Dec. 29. Kegged at 11psi. Increased co2 to 22 psi to improve carbonation, 2 days. Much better.
Measured mash surface temperature 145, measured SG at 1.029 on 5/10/2016. Measured SG 5/22/16 1.018. Measured FG 1.015 on 5/30/16.
