Had to substitute 2.2 lbs of pilsner grain instead of 2-row.
Original brew session didn't save...all info about original brew session lost.
w/ Corinne. Added extra 0.5 oz of Centennial hops @ T-15. Used 1.85 lb (instead of 1.65) local Happy Hollow honey. Forgot to add honey @ flame out (oops)...added it when wort was cooling and then brought temp back up to 115, then turned the burner off and let cool w/o chiller.
Started secondary fermentation 6/28.
1.5 gal Doug's Stout 1.25 gal Irish Red. Started secondary fermentation 6/28.

w/ Lyerly. Much better control over the variables this session compared to the first. Started around 2:00 PM, finished around 7:00 PM. Volcanic foam within 12 hours...switched out airlock for blowoff tube.
First official brew session @ Gu Brew! 12:56 PM: Burner on. Finished around 5:30. Brew kettle thermometer wasn't reading correct temperatures...temperatures probably significantly off. Oops! Force carb @ 30 PSI for 3 days.
