Special Instructions

1.
MASH @ 156 for 60 mins.
2.
Halfway through mash, remove two gallons of wort and boil it to condense into one gallon. Will develop caramelization. Sparge to collect 7 gal total wort (incl. caramelized wort).
3.
Boil wort for 30 mins, add hops, then boil 60 mins longer.
