w/ Corinne. Added extra 0.5 oz of Centennial hops @ T-15. Used 1.85 lb (instead of 1.65) local Happy Hollow honey. Forgot to add honey @ flame out (oops)...added it when wort was cooling and then brought temp back up to 115, then turned the burner off and let cool w/o chiller.
