Mash today, heat to 80 C, boil tomorrow.
Will split this in two - one with Dahl's yeast, one with Saflager s-189.
Too high FG (1060) - boiled and cooled 3l of water to bring it down a bit...FG after water: 1.053
Didn't have Amarillo, so I used Cascade. Same amounts.
High effeciency (probably because of the over-night mashing).
Mashed with 27 liters water, sparged with 9 liters water.1.050 OG
