Transferred to secondary after 14 days.Added lemon crystal to 16oz boiled water before adding to the keg.
Messed this one up, didn't make any notes of the process.Secondary, 5th May.
Made a mistake on this one, I didn't remove the specialty grains before bringing the water back to the boil.
Messed this one up, brew bucket lid was split. Kept wort in the boiler post boil, let sit for 36 hours whilst new lid was ordered. Reboiled for 10 minutes and continued as normal.
