Special Instructions

1.
Heat 2.5 gallons of water to 170F
2.
Steep grains for 20 minutes

Bring to the boil
4.
Add DME in the last 15 minutes of the boil
5.
Add 2 gallons of cold water to the fermenter
6.
Add wort to the fermenter
7.
Aerate and bring water contents to 5 gallons
8.
Add dry hops to the secondary fermenter after about 2 weeks.
