Balanced salts. Going to dip hop with the 2oz dry hops in 600mL of water at around 75C for about an hour in a pot before adding them to the fermenter during chilling. Normal cold lager fermentation @11C.
Recipe inspired by brew guru David Heath using pils instead of pale ale. A good quick and easy recipe to try out hop varieties. Using Kviek voss gives fast results, US-05 or Nottingham would also work well.
