22 ibu is Corona bitter, second batch water temp should be reading of 157 instead of 155...6 degree drop with grain=153ish mash temp...... 2nd attempt...17 ibus . Result of lower ibu's... this is great beer!
I think I like this better than the first attempt. lighter hops makes it more quaffable. Mixes nicely with Clamato at this bitterness, but is great on it's own as well. Coors banquet, but better and fresher tasting. Brew it this way again. I liked the US05 flavor much better than the 34/70 batch , which I thought was a bit bland.
