This grain bill was going to be for a Gose but I needed a quick brew for Octoberfest 2021! FG was low 1.043 so I boiled an extra 15 min. also added 1/2 lb of sugar to increase OG to 1.048. I think that the grain from the onl8ine place I used was not crushed enough and that decreased my point yeild. Racked to keg on 9/25. pH looks to be 3.3-3.4. (I only could find 7.01 and 4.01 test sol. meter calls for 6.86.) FG per float hydrometer is 1.008. so ABV is 5.31%
11.5 gal at 163 for mash.
