Notes:

I gave this recipe to a brew-bro and he gave me a bottle. After a good long chill in the fridge I opened the bottle and was surprised at a very aromatic, fruity odour and a nice solid head of foam! It was a nice clear red beer despite not being filtered and the initial spiciness of the hop was just a hint of IPA-ishness which makes me think he may have done a different hop schedule than the one listed here but whats important is that it really worked. The ale itself reminiscent of a Palm type and then the extra hoppiness just really hits the bullseye!
