I started brewing 12/23/12. I have named my home brew UNDERWORLD BREWER. All my recipes are name after UNDERWORLD GODS of all areas. I have 10 plus batches under my belt. I enjoy brewing I have a few videos on youtube on things I have built for brewing. I am a member of ROUGE BREWERS BREW CLUB . I brew @ my nephew home brew shop Backyard Home Brewers @ events. All OSIRIS BEERS are named after my grandson OSIRIS.. CHEERS!!!!!

Pitched a champagne yeast @ OG 1.124 then pitched a german ale yeast starter @ 1.060 5/5/2014 fermented out @ 1.038
I bottom feed my mash tun so my temp on strike has to be higher cause I don't pre heat my mash tun my strike water is @ 180F and srops to 158F
