Heated sparge / kettle water to 175 - grains were in the sun so mash started at 169. I ades 1qt of water and got it down to 165 and within 10 min it was at 151.
Used corn meal.. made mud//// added 1 cup maple
Mashed at 148@30 min and then lifter the grains, and had trouble getting all the wort back in. re-mashed at 152@20 min and mashed out at 170 for 15min.
2nd time using grainfather.
1st grain father brew. Started it at the shop, finished at home. Found out that it has a safety switch on the bottom
