8/29 gravity down to 1.022, added 1st candi sugar 2 cups.
How the hell did my OG come out 1.061 without the sugar when the prediction was 1.010 lower?
This is added to 4 gallons of apple juice.

Forgot to get Gravity! Followed directions. Palmer method, and two steeping steps. Be a miracle if any of the beer is undamaged from bottling
Added US-05 at 10.32 stuck fermentation. Then 1.012, see if stable FInal FG 1.016? Probably messed up plus priming sugar. Added some conditioning yeast, can't hurt. Tastes pretty good.
Did brew this but don't have the notes. Went fine though!
