Kept it simple for my first attempt at a Braggot. BIAB. Local honey. Braggot is the hybrid child of a mead and beer. Only rule is no more than 50% of fermentables may be honey. English yeast used to maintain mouth feel and to accent the maris otter.

This recipe is made using apple juice (4 gal), DME, Cascade hops (target 10 IBU's or less - about 0.5oz of 6 AA hops), and US-05 yeast (Nottingham also works). If using "cheap" juice, use 120L Crystal to reduce tartness.
English inspired Graf (beer brewed with apples OR cider brewed with malt). BIAB. A Graff basically has no rules or standards. Some go for a cider that is malted, others for a sweet/tart apple beer.
