OG was 6pts less than anticipated. FG was 1.009, ABV of approx. 3.5%. Brewed in the kitchen - I think that threw me off because my stove barely gets hot enough to boil the wort; I think my boil-off rate was less than anticipated resulting in the lower OG. I didn't measure gravity until I had the beer in the fermenter (dumb), so I didn't correct with DME (would have needed 0.66 lbs to get to 1.048).
Batch sparge - skipped mashout. First runnings were almost exactly 4 gal, second runnings close to 2 gal.
