Special Instructions

1.
Juice 800g ginger, add pulp to boil for 30 mins, add juice to boil for 5 mins
2.
Add honey to fermenter after primary fermentation is complete
3.
Add another 200g grated ginger to fermenter after primary fermentation is complete
4.
Ferment at 18c for 2 weeks, then bottle condition for another 2 weeks
