English inspired Graf (beer brewed with apples OR cider brewed with malt). BIAB. A Graff basically has no rules or standards. Some go for a cider that is malted, others for a sweet/tart apple beer. I've seen pale ale and even stout recipes with apples as well. I chose to go with English malt and yeast, and apple juice for its clarity as opposed to hazy cider. Recipe is brewed with maris otter, and honey malt. Pitch with English yeast. In primary, add 2 gallons of apple juice/cider to make 5 gallons.

Notes:

Tasted after bottling. This taste was while Graf was still. Will be carbonated at 2 CO2 units. Light bodied. Distinct cider taste despite some juice only being 40% of wort. Light honey apple aroma. Delicious. Can't wait to try out carbonated.
