Al gravity readings were before Lactose and Vanilla were added.

OG of 1.061 was taken from Refractomer only, which is 15 Brix, 1.060 corrected. FG of 1.013 was hydrometer reading which read 7.4 Brix. Finished ABV of 6.1%.

Plain tap water.OG reading of 1.063 was from Refractometer reading only which is 15.6 Brix. 1.0624 corrected. FG was refractometer only and I did not take a hydrometer reading. So I don't know true FG. Probably closer to predicted FG of 1.019
