Named Smokey Bear IPA because the Ferguson Fire burning near Yosemite made for a smokey day!
Exactly Following Midwest Fresh Squeezed Recipe
Third Jack Rabbit IPA. Again, no dry hops.
Forgot to dry hop, but didn't dry hop first batch either and taste has a ni0ce hop flavor. At 70% efficiency, OG at 10.080 and FG at 1.016 came out right, but with those OG/FG readings, alcohol should have been 8.2%, but test out at 7.4%. Don't understand how this works. If I change the efficiency to get 7.4% alcohol, my OG and FG numbers are off tested readings.
First batch of JackRabbit IPA. Decided against dry hopping in the fermenter.
